ABOUT LYNETTE MACKEY
Lynette Mackey is the founder of Mackey’s Korner, a nonprofit that brings suicide awareness and resources for prevention to Black and Brown youth who have been underserved by the mental health community. After losing her 12-year-old grandson to suicide, Mackey dedicated herself to offering mental health referral services, residential and outpatient treatment options. Citizen Film has completed building a website and social media platforms with Mackey to assist in her education mission.
